Douglas and Margo Fines started Huronia Welding & Industrial Supply in 1978. They were focused on providing industry leading customer service and quality welding products and solutions. Doug leveraged his industry experience, community relationships while focusing on customer service and quality products to make Huronia the company it is today.
Now, 45 years later, Doug and Margo's entrepreneurial vision has helped Huronia grow to 35 full time employees and 75+ depots throughout North Western Ontario. Each depot carries stock of welding equipment and supplies as well as Industrial Gas Cylinders. Huronia is an Authorized Distributor for Lincoln, Miller, Victor, ESAB, Hypertherm as well as others.
