The Digital Elite™ Series Auto-Darkening Welding Helmet is engineered for professional welders who demand superior optical clarity, advanced safety features, and all-day comfort. Designed for precision welding across multiple processes, this helmet combines cutting-edge lens technology with intelligent digital controls to deliver consistent performance in any environment.
Exceptional Optical Clarity with ClearLight™ 4x Technology
Featuring the industry-leading ClearLight™ 4x Lens Technology, the Digital Elite™ Series provides up to four times the clarity compared to standard 1/1/1/1 welding lenses, as verified by official ANSI lens visibility certification. With a top-tier EN 379 optical rating of 1/1/1/2, welders benefit from a sharper, more detailed view of the weld puddle, reducing eye strain and improving weld quality.
Advanced Auto-Darkening Performance
This auto-darkening welding helmet offers a wide range of operating modes and shade levels to handle virtually any task:
-
Weld Mode: Shades 8–13
-
Cut Mode: Shades 5–8
-
Grind Mode: Shade 2.5
-
X-Mode™: Shades 8–13
The ultra-fast 1/25,000-second switching speed ensures immediate protection, while the light state of 2.5 provides excellent visibility between welds.
X-Mode™ and AutoSense™ for Demanding Environments
Equipped with four arc sensors, the Digital Elite™ Series delivers reliable arc detection from multiple angles. X-Mode™ uses electromagnetic sensing to maintain continuous arc detection, even when sensors are obstructed or when working in bright sunlight.
AutoSense™ technology automatically sets helmet sensitivity to match your environment, minimizing false triggering and setup time with a simple push-and-hold function.
Intelligent Digital Controls and Memory Settings
User-friendly digital controls allow precise adjustment of shade, delay, and sensitivity. Half-shade increments enable fine-tuned lens customization, while the dual memory function lets you quickly switch between two personalized preset settings for different jobs or processes.
Built for Precision TIG Welding
With a TIG rating down to 5 amps and below, this helmet is ideal for low-amperage TIG applications where consistent arc detection and clarity are critical.
Comfort, Balance, and All-Day Wearability
Weighing just 17.5 oz (495 g), the Digital Elite™ Series is lightweight yet durable. The legacy headgear with comfort cushion is designed for superior balance, stability, and long-term comfort during extended work shifts. An optional helmet lighting accessory kit is available, featuring dual side-mounted lights and all required hardware for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions.
Productivity Tracking with InfoTrack™ 2.0
The integrated InfoTrack™ 2.0 system tracks and displays arc time and arc count, helping welders and supervisors monitor productivity, maintenance intervals, and work efficiency.
